Why Donate?

Here at WAVE Exams, we believe Amateur Radio should be accessible to everyone. People join this hobby for all kinds of reasons — supporting emergency communications, exploring global contacts, experimenting with antennas, or even bouncing a signal off the moon. No matter the motivation, our goal is simple: help new operators get on the air and stay on the air.

To support that mission, we’re launching a fund dedicated to helping individuals who may be struggling to cover their VEC‑defined testing fee, as well as youth applicants who are just getting started. Every dollar goes directly toward reducing financial barriers and opening the door for more hams.

Wyoming Amateur Volunteer Examiners is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which means your donation is tax‑deductible. Once your contribution is processed, we’ll send you a receipt with all the information you need for your tax records.
